Rem started from my love for hospitality, wine, and bringing people together.

I’ve worked everywhere from diners to fine dining, and along the way got deeper into wine, earning my Level 1 sommelier certification. But REM became bigger than wine for me.

I’m from a Latin background, where gathering around food, music, and people is just part of life. After moving to the States, I found myself missing that sense of connection.

I wanted to create something that brought together the things I naturally gravitate toward — food, wine, art, creatives, culture, and good people.

So I started making the gatherings I wanted to see.
